We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Maia has eaten all the pies!
Kush misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Maia blocks a jab.
Kush throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Maia.#CUT#
It looks like Dan Maia has been cut.
Kush stuffs the takedown.
Maia dives in for a single leg takedown but Kush sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Carnera connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Carnera ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Carnera lands a jab to the head.
Carnera lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Carnera tests Maia's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Carnera jabs Maia right on the nose. Maia blinks but takes it well.
This has been an exciting period of action!
