#R1# French fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bramserud jabbing away but nothing is landing. Bramserud keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Bramserud changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. French throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bramserud's waist but Bramserud gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing French off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Best French. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. French swats away the attempt to clinch by Bramserud.#TD2# Bramserud drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.#T1# French is letting Bramserud control him for a moment. Bramserud looking to punish the body of his opponent here but French is avoiding damage well.

Wait, no, French rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Bramserud's guard! Nice work there by French! French won't allow Bramserud to sweep him here. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bramserud can do anything to dispel that myth.#T4##SUB2# Bramserud is looking to cinch up a triangle. French throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Bramserud's body to avoid the submission. Bramserud has instead reached around French's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Bramserud arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
