Lancaster throws a lazy right hand but Cox sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Cox throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Lancaster ducks under a wild hook from Cox.
Cox throws a right hand that misses
enabling Lancaster to counter with a crisp jab.
Cox misses with a left hand
and Lancaster counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Cox badly! Lancaster follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Cox out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Lancaster finished him against the cage.

Cox has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Temp Spar Gym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.#SUB#
