Underwood fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jack wants to counter with a clinch but Underwood pushes him away.

and Jack counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Underwood! #SUB2#
Jack is working to tighten his grip on Underwood's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Underwood has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Jack is really squeezing tight and eventually Underwood passes out! Jack breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Bubba Jack!
Percy Underwood was interviewed post fight and said 'My cleaver is dull, but it'll be sharpened for my next fight.'.
