Velez shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Velez shoots in looking for a takedown but Rochester manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Velez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.#TD2#
Rochester closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Rochester is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Rochester has isolated one of Velez's arms. Velez looking to fight him off but Rochester twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!

Let's hope that Charlton has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

It looks like Charlton might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Velez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rivera but Rivera pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Velez tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Rivera counters with a right hand to the body.
