Forbes gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Hollow to score an easy takedown into full guard.#SUB#
Forbes throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Hollow escapes and throws Forbes's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Hollow should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
