Horrible takedown attempt by David or perhaps it was just good defense by Jones, which made it look bad. #CL#
David forces Jones back against the cage and clinches.
Jones tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. David smiles and moves away.

David gets a takedown into half guard.
Jones scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but David manages to mount him!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones is wriggling around trying to escape.
David will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.#T1#
Jones is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
David controlling the position easily from mount.
David lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
David controlling the pace for now.
Jones tries to hold on but David postures up.
David lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

David takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.#SUB#
David is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Jones is forced to tap! Great finish!
