That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sanderlei Bitetti.

We've been told by RestInPiece's head coaches at Midnight MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
RestInPiece uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Akodo.
Akodo takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
