Poffo has an Americana. Jones didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Poffo is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Poffo hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Jones falls off balance throwing a combination

and Savage counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Savage passes Jones's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Savage is figuring out what he wants to do next.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jones pushes Savage off but Savage dives into side control.
Jones is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Savage is controlling him well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Savage remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

It looks like Napoleon Stewart has been cut.
BOOM! Jones lands a beautiful left hook that drops Stewart. Stewart tries to recover but Jones is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Stewart lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
