McGee scores with a takedown into Maxwell's guard.
McGee seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
McGee sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Maxwell's guard.
McGee is controlling the pace.
McGee has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Lock and Roll Gym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
McGee works his way into side control. #SUB2#
McGee is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Maxwell looks calm but he's in trouble here. McGee gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Maxwell is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! McGee lets go of the hold and Maxwell can pop his arm back in it's socket.
