Richard Kuklinski decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.

Thompson shoots in for a takedown but Lusar shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Lusar shoots in but Thompson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Thompson moves in looking to clinch but Lusar pushes him off.
Lusar shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Thompson as he jumps to the side.
Lusar misses with a takedown attempt - Thompson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Ross Thompson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anta Lusar.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lusar shoots in looking for a takedown. Thompson tries to sprawl out of it but Lusar keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Thompson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. #TD#

Thompson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

After the fight, Anta Lusar was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Beasley is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Beasley can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Lusar controls the pace.
