A little jabbing left from Phillips on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Phillips slaps away a takedown attempt from Trenchard, before circling back to the center of the mat. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.#TD# Tyson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Trenchard is looking to regain half guard here but Tyson keeps moving and retains side control. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mckenna walks away with a smile on his face. Trenchard gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Mckenna scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. #CUT# It looks like Jamie Trenchard has been cut.#CL# Mckenna clinches with his opponent.

#BC# Mckenna's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Trenchard fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Mckenna throws the left hand but Trenchard avoids the punch easily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.#CL# Mckenna clinches up with Trenchard and pushes him back against the cage. Trenchard jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mckenna walks away with a smile on his face. Trenchard gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Trenchard throws a wild hook but Mckenna just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Trenchard gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Mckenna raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
