Leben unleashes a big counter combination but Brigante bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Gracie tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gracie has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Leben seems a little lost for a moment, as Gracie dominates the positioning.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Leben turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Gracie off and cradles Leben's limp body as Gracie celebrates with his corner.

A very excited looking Armando Gracie rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

and Leben counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Burns thinking.
Leben ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Burns moves away.
Leben swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Burns is looking to counter the offense by Leben and move into the clinch.
Burns walks into a left hand.
Leben slaps away a takedown attempt from Burns, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Leben misses with a wild body shot.
It looked like Burns was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Leben misses with a hook. Burns ducked under it nicely.
Leben lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Leben is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Burns has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Leben is looking to defend but Burns has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Leben! Burns pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Leben taps out and this one is all over!

Hound takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hound misses with a hook. Leben ducked under it nicely.
It looked like Leben was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Hound.
Leben backs away from a small jab... but Hound lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Leben crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Hound with a spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Grey Hound!
After the fight, Grey Hound was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
