Frost tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Frost has a couple of punches blocked by Williams.

Williams escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Frost throws a leg kick
and Williams counters with a nice body kick.
Frost tries to land a body kick
and Williams counters with a low kick, right behind Frost 's knee.
Frost ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Williams moves away.
Williams was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Frost swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Williams was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Williams has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Frost has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.#T1#

Williams swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Williams takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Williams dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Frost. That did some damage!
Frost is still on wobbly legs! Can Williams finish him?
Frost walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Williams swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

A nice leg kick lands there from Gariniho.
Williams looks for the body kick but Gariniho saw that one coming.
A chopping leg kick lands by Williams.
Williams wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Gariniho throws a sloppy head kick
and Williams counters with a body kick that stops Gariniho in his tracks momentarily.
Gariniho misses with an uppercut
and Williams counters with a leg kick. #CL2#
Williams moves into the clinch successfully.
Nice body punch from Williams - that landed with a thud.
Williams scores with a shot to the side of Gariniho's head.
Williams lands with a left to the head.
Williams lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Gariniho backwards.

Williams drops Gariniho onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Gariniho is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!#ROC2#

Williams lands a big right hand that drops Gariniho! The killer instinct kicks in and Williams finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Williams!
