Wendl is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Bush works over Wendl with some ground and pound from guard.
Wendl looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Bush puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Wendl trying to get back to full guard but Bush takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!
Wendl is wriggling around trying to escape.

Bush is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Wendl knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. #SUB#
Bush is working to tighten his grip on Wendl's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Wendl has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Bush is really squeezing tight and eventually Wendl passes out! Bush breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
