#R1# Anderson on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.#CUT2# It looks like Kai Anderson has been cut.#TD# Anderson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Gruzdev works his way to full guard. Good work. Anderson content to stall in guard here. #ES2# The fighters are working up against the cage. Gruzdev manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.#BC2# Gruzdev breaks the clinch.
Gruzdev cracks Anderson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Gruzdev misses with the combination.
This has been an exciting period of action! A jab lands there for Gruzdev. Anderson walks straight into a right hand from Gruzdev - that's dropped him! Gruzdev jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Anderson from any more punishment! Anderson complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Alexander Gruzdev! In his post fight interview, Alexander Gruzdev started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception. The defeated Kai Anderson had this to say: 'I came up short.'.

#R1##TD2# Kuznetcov scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. You can see the frustration on Anderson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Anderson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Kuznetcov lands some shots froms side control. Kuznetcov scoring with punches and elbows. Anderson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kuznetcov wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Check out the look on Kuznetcov's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kuznetcov scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Anderson is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Kuznetcov can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

#R1# McMahon scores with a hook to the body. Anderson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. McMahon avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Anderson. Nice body punch from McMahon. McMahon throws a one two combo.
#CUT2# It looks like Kai Anderson has been cut. Shane McMahon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Anderson tries to clinch but McMahon moves out of range. McMahon cracks Anderson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Anderson doesn't manage to clinch there - McMahon circles away.
Anderson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
#KD2# McMahon lands a big right hand that sends Anderson crashing to the mat! McMahon stays standing though and waves Anderson back to his feet!#ROC2# Anderson is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McMahon lands an uppercut, right on the button! Anderson tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
