Adams dives in and grabs Bang's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bang pushes down on Adams's head and hops out.
Adams takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.#CUT#
It looks like Al Adams has been cut.#CL#
Bang moves into range and clinches up with Adams.
Bang lands an elbow just above Adams 's eye.
Bang scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Adams takes an elbow to the temple. #CUT#
That has opened up Al Adams's cut even more.
Bang lands an elbow that stopped Adams in his tracks for a moment.
Bang scores with a knee to the head. #CUT#
The cut above Al Adams's eye is starting to cause him problems now.#BC#
Bang breaks from the clinch.
Bang looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Adams walks into a jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Adams closes the distance but Bang moves to the side

Adams tries to work over Bang's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Bang lands a shot to the body.

Al Adams's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Al Adams's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Thomas Bang!
Thomas Bang seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.

Bang is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Bang misses with a right hand
and Chuvalo counters with a nice body shot.
Thomas Bang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chuvalo misses with an uppercut. Bang saw that one coming.
Bang tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Chuvalo counters with a straight right hand.
Chuvalo has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bang.
Bang drops his hands momentarily and Chuvalo takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
A swing and a miss from Bang.
Chuvalo lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.#CUT2#

Bang has taken the fight to the clinch.
Chuvalo lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bang backwards.
Bang lands a nice uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bang has Chuvalo pressed against the cage, preventing Chuvalo from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Chuvalo tries a body shot but Bang blocks it.

Chuvalo's coach down at Animal House was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Chuvalo's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.#T1#

Chuvalo presses Bang against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Bang is breathing heavily.
Chuvalo lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bang backwards.
A nice left hand lands by Chuvalo.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Chuvalo creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Bang misses with a punch to the body.

Chuvalo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bang misses with a left hand
and Chuvalo counters with a huge left! Bang is in big trouble! He's backing up but Chuvalo isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Bang from any more damage. A dominating finish by Chuvalo!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). George Chuvalo!
Post fight, George Chuvalo stared into the camera and said 'GET SOME!!!!!!!'.

El Sonbaty shoots in looking for a takedown but Bang manages to keep the fight standing, pushing El Sonbaty's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
El Sonbaty fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
We've been told by Bang's head coaches at Pro Pain Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
El Sonbaty shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bang as he jumps to the side.
Thomas Bang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nasser El Sonbaty.
Nice takedown defense from Bang. No joy for El Sonbaty on that attempt.
No luck with that takedown attempt from El Sonbaty.
Bang throwing a counter right hand but El Sonbaty manages to avoid it.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, El Sonbaty cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
El Sonbaty lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
El Sonbaty looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Bang covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!

A relieved looking Nasser El Sonbaty thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Raul half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Raul takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Bang with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Bang lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Raul.
Bang landing knees to the head.
Bang lands an elbow that stopped Raul in his tracks for a moment. #CUT2#
It looks like Maicol Raul has been cut.
Raul is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bang gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Raul takes an elbow to the forehead. #ROC2#
Raul is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bang comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Oh Raul is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bang throws 2 knees - Raul can't escape Bang's clinch. As Raul tries to escape again Bang whips his head left to meet with another knee! That's knocked out Raul's gum shield and as Raul falls to the floor, the referee steps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Thomas Bang!
