Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Shawn Briggs (ranked 6080 p4p, 151 weight class) and Ricky Judge (ranked 5842 p4p, 147 weight class). Judge has chosen The Game- Disturbed as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of St Petersburg, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 1 losses; Shawn Briggs! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Ricky Judge!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.


Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious?

Briggs closes the distance and clinches.
Judge drops down looking for an ankle pick but Briggs pulls his leg out and moves away.
Briggs shoots in looking for a takedown. Judge tries to sprawl out of it but Briggs keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Judge manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Judge stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Briggs swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Judge is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Briggs's shoulder. That is not cool.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Judge can do anything to dispel that myth.

Briggs is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Judge is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Judge might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Briggs haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Briggs is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Judge is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
