Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yoshihiro Kondo (ranked 3037 p4p, 322 weight class) and Kris Kristofsson (ranked 4993 p4p, 426 weight class). Kris Kristofsson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kondo keeps the fight on the outside.
Kondo throwing a counter right hand but Kristofsson manages to avoid it.

Kondo drops Kristofsson with a big left hand and mounts him. Kristofsson is in big trouble!

Kristofsson is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kondo moves to the back position.
Kristofsson is still in real trouble! Can Kondo finish him?

Kondo is looking for the choke from the back position but Kristofsson is controlling his hands well.

Kondo is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Kristofsson has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Kondo has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Kristofsson taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Kondo doesn't care though - he's delighted!
