Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Stipe Velasquez (ranked 3086 p4p, 281 weight class) and Tucker Lee (ranked 21640 p4p, 503 weight class). Velasquez comes into the arena with Gaining Momentum by MC Hammer blaring out of the sound system. Lee has chosen DMX - Party Up (Up In Here) as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Velasquez has managed to clinch.
Velasquez lands an elbow just above Lee 's eye.
Velasquez lands with a right to the head.
Velasquez scores with a shot to the side of Lee's head.
Velasquez misses with a hook to the ribs.
Lee has a couple of punches blocked by Velasquez.
Good body shot from Velasquez.
Lee looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Lee throws a knee to the head but misses.
Velasquez lands an elbow just above Lee 's eye.

It looks like Tucker Lee has been cut.
Velasquez softening up his opponent with strikes, against the ropes.

Our sources have told us that Velasquez has been working on his elbows in the gym.
Velasquez lands a hook to the side of the head.
Velasquez lands an elbow inside.
Velasquez lands a nice uppercut.
Lee blocks a body shot from Velasquez.
Lee's coach down at Blanc Fitness Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Lee's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Lee escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Velasquez is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.
Velasquez comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Lee is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Velasquez is keeping busy.
A body shot lands from Velasquez.
Velasquez works on Lee's body with a couple of short punches.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lee is trying to maintain a safe position but Velasquez gets an underhook and turns Lee into the ropes.
Velasquez will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Lee up against the ropes.
Lee tries to break the clinch but Velasquez is controlling the position.
Lee is looking to break free of the clinch but Velasquez has double underhooks.
Velasquez lands an elbow that stopped Lee in his tracks for a moment.

Lee is rocked!
Velasquez smacks Lee right on the bridge of the nose with a massive elbow! Another one lands and Lee goes down! He's clearly dazed - will he beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7... up to one knee... 8,9,10! He's not made it! This one is all over!
