Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pull Plugger (ranked 4742 p4p, 362 weight class) and Lil Greaves (ranked 4680 p4p, 360 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Greaves closes the distance and clinches.

Plugger postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Greaves is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Plugger, into his guard.

Greaves really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Plugger. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Plugger has his foot on Greaves's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Greaves works his way back into a safe position though.

Greaves got a little sloppy there for a moment and Plugger has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Greaves has managed to get both his arms back between Plugger's legs - danger averted.

Plugger is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Greaves can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
