Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Somalas Pusilla!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Kinghtfall dives in and scores a takedown into Pusilla's guard.
Kinghtfall postures up.
Kinghtfall not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Kinghtfall makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Kinghtfall is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kinghtfall drops back looking for a leg! Pusilla is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pusilla manages to kick Kinghtfall off! Kinghtfall jumps back into Pusilla's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kinghtfall slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Kinghtfall distracts Pusilla with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Kinghtfall is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Kinghtfall passes Pusilla's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Kinghtfall in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Pusilla tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Kinghtfall!
