And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andy HaHammer!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Daniel Cesar and Matheus Silva.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for HaHammer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Howell throws a quick counter head kick but HaHammer was just out of range.
HaHammer throws a right and a left that both miss.

Howell moves into the clinch.
HaHammer has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
HaHammer is trying to force a seperation but Howell has the dominant position.
Howell is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

HaHammer manages to break the clinch.

Howell has HaHammer up against the cage in a clinch.
Howell jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as HaHammer walks away with a smile on his face. Howell gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
HaHammer avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Howell closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

It looks like Jae Howell has been cut.

HaHammer looks to land a combination. Howell sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
HaHammer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Howell moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Howell is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
A jab lands there for HaHammer.

Howell rushes HaHammer and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Howell has HaHammer pressed against the cage.
HaHammer is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Howell jumps guard.

HaHammer is looking to stand up but Howell won't let him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

HaHammer stands up from Howell's guard - HaHammer perhaps looking for a knockout.
Howell fails with an attempt to clinch.
HaHammer unleashes a big counter combination but Howell bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
HaHammer gets in close and tags Howell with a short punch that almost sends Howell to the mat! Oh Howell is in big trouble! He turns his back on HaHammer, trying to create some distance but HaHammer rushes him, striking wildly and Howell goes down! The referee tackles HaHammer into the cage to end the fight! HaHammer is one violent man!
