The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riffaldy throws a one two combo.
Dudayev has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Riffaldy finds it's way round the side to connect with Dudayev's head.
Dudayev on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Dudayev avoids a punch combination nicely.
Dudayev slips a jab and a cross from Riffaldy.

Dudayev forces Riffaldy back against the cage and clinches.

It looks like Michael Riffaldy has been cut.
Riffaldy is trying to break free.
Dudayev throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Riffaldy blocks it with crossed arms.
Come on Dudayev - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Dudayev gets underhooks to prevent Riffaldy's takedown attempt.

Dudayev will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Riffaldy up against the cage.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Dudayev keeps control of Riffaldy as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Riffaldy lands a right hand.

Riffaldy has had enough of the clinch but Dudayev keeps him there for the moment.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Dudayev has Riffaldy pressed against the cage, preventing Riffaldy from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Riffaldy jumps guard but Dudayev stands there with Riffaldy around his waist. Riffaldy gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Riffaldy is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Riffaldy is working for takedown but Dudayev is calmly controlling the position for now.
Akhmed Dudayev has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Riffaldy.
Dudayev lands an elbow inside.


That has opened up Michael Riffaldy's cut even more.
Dudayev tries to land a knee to the head but Riffaldy blocks with his arms.
Dudayev landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Riffaldy cracks a nice hook into Dudayev's ribs.

Dudayev moves into the clinch.

Dudayev drops Riffaldy with a big knee straight up the middle! Riffaldy is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Dudayev moves into range and clinches up with Riffaldy.
Riffaldy is still on wobbly legs! Can Dudayev finish him?

Dudayev working the clinch nicely. Riffaldy is working for position but Dudayev cracks him with a big knee to the head! Riffaldy crumples up against the cage and Dudayev lands two more shots before the ref can save Riffaldy! This one is all over!
