Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Renzo Disgracie (ranked 2438 p4p, 308 weight class) and Uadab Torres (ranked 2661 p4p, 327 weight class). Uadab Torres will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Disgracie walks into a straight right hand from Torres.

and Disgracie counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

We've been hearing good reports from Disgracie's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Torres goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Disgracie tries to score a power double leg takedown but Torres sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Disgracie somewhat.

Disgracie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Torres pinned against the cage. Torres gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
