Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between San Frki (ranked 4752 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Gowdy (ranked 4469 p4p, 0 weight class). Frki comes to the cage accompanied by Pukni puškom. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Anderson Gowdy!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Chad Campbell and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gowdy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Frki defends it nicely.

Gowdy forces Frki back against the cage and clinches.
A knee to the head by Gowdy.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Frki avoids a wild elbow strike from Gowdy.
Frki is looking to control Gowdy's arms but Gowdy gets an underhook and turns him. Now Frki has his back to the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frki wants to take the fight to the mat but Gowdy manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Gowdy lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Frki's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Frki drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Gowdy gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Gowdy has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Frki has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Frki will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Gowdy up against the cage.

Anderson Gowdy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

After the fight, Anderson Gowdy was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
San Frki was interviewed post fight and said 'He deserved it,good job'.
