The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OConnor fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Mcpherson checks it well.

Mcpherson rushes OConnor and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Patrick OConnor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mcpherson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as OConnor walks away with a smile on his face. Mcpherson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Mcpherson falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! OConnor smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

Patrick OConnor decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
