Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Royce Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Royce Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Robert Power!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Valeri Chadov and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power looks to land a combination but Gracie avoids it well.
Gracie looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Power swats away the attempt to clinch by Gracie.
A head kick misses from Power.

Power closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Power is controlling the pace.
Power wants to pass the guard but Gracie is defending well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Power passes the guard and advances to mount!
Gracie blocking the ground and pound.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Power tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Power wants to take Gracie's back here but Gracie is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Power thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Power content just to control the position here.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Gracie tries to control Power's body but Power pushes him off. Gracie squirms to his side and now Power has his back!
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Gracie avoids the strikes from Power.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Robert Power dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Power fails to land with a series of punches.
Power tries to clinch but Gracie is having none of it.
Power throws a right hand that Gracie ducks under and follows up with a left that Gracie also avoids with ease.
Power looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gracie is fending him off so far but Power persists. Nope, Gracie circles away and we're back to standing.
Gracie slips a jab and a cross from Power.
Gracie shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Power holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Power pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Power with a poor takedown

and Gracie counters with a nice double leg into side control. Power won't be happy with that.

Gracie in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Power is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
