Alestorm takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
McBrody cracks Alestorm with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Alestorm doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Alestorm takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

McBrody closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - McBrody lands in his opponent's guard.

McBrody seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Alestorm for as long as he can get away with.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McBrody stands and throws Alestorm's legs to the side, diving into side control.

McBrody tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no McBrody has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
McBrody wants to control but Alestorm is keeping him busy.
Bill McBrody is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Alestorm is being controlled here.
You can see the frustration on Alestorm's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
