The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

De Haan dives in and scores a takedown into Hobbs's guard.
Hobbs is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

De Haan is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Hobbs gets his way!

Hobbs is looking to control De Haan's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hobbs avoid being mounted?
