Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rosendo Bass (ranked 22526 p4p, 0 weight class) and Logan Mcgregor (ranked 2948 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Darius Henderson and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bass circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mcgregor drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bass trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Bass looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Mcgregor has picked Bass up and slammed him! Bass can't keep hold of the triangle and Mcgregor manages to pass to side control!
Mcgregor in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Bass regains half guard.
Bass trying to control but Mcgregor postures up.
Mcgregor prevents Bass from improving his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mcgregor is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bass is just riding it out for now. Mcgregor eventually gives up the hold.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Mcgregor lands a nice short elbow.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bass is trying to control but Mcgregor manages to pass to mount!

Mcgregor looking to finish Bass with some ground and pound. This is bad for Bass!
Oh Bass is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mcgregor is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Bass is surviving well by controlling Mcgregor's body position as best he can.

A big strike lands for Mcgregor! That's really hurt Bass and he's turned his back - Mcgregor keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Mcgregor jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Logan Mcgregor!
