Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lee Sin (ranked 2197 p4p, 279 weight class) and Daday Dadaeff (ranked 1150 p4p, 163 weight class). Lee Sin could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Daday Dadaeff's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lee Sin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daday Dadaeff!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sin on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Sin scores with a sloppy right hand. Dadaeff should have avoided that one.
Sin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Sin connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
We've been hearing reports that Sin has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Dadaeff moves into the clinch.
Sin stalling in the clinch but Dadaeff improves position.
Sin looking to stall.
Sin looking to slow down the pace here.
Sin changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dadaeff fights it off and pushes away nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sin shoots and misses

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Dadaeff has momentary wrist control but Sin slips an elbow through the middle.
Sin lands a couple of digs.
Dadaeff working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sin.
Sin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dadaeff swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Sin trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Sin throws a strike but Dadaeff rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Dadaeff slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Dadaeff keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Sin's head.
Sin wants to sweep but no luck.
Sin throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Sin keeping moving, preventing Dadaeff from controlling successfully.

Sin manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dadaeff manages to get himself to full guard.

Sin is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Dadaeff misses with a few strikes there.

Sin closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Sin controls Dadaeff momentarily but Dadaeff frees himself.

Sin throws his legs up looking for a submission but Dadaeff uses it to pass to side control.

Dadaeff is nestled in close to Sin, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Sin is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Dadaeff can do to turn this around?

Lee Sin overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Sin is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dadaeff's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dadaeff's back!

Dadaeff wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sin keeps working.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Sin will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Sin tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

A close second round but Daday Dadaeff will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


Sin tries for a takedown but Dadaeff circles away easily
and Dadaeff counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Sin clobbers Dadaeff with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Dadaeff stuffs the takedown.
Dadaeff keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Dadaeff drops Sin with a naaaaasty hook - Sin is in real trouble here! Dadaeff dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daday Dadaeff!
After the fight, Daday Dadaeff was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
