Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cortez Moses (ranked 24693 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edward Delbrossio (ranked 4405 p4p, 0 weight class). Edward Delbrossio will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delbrossio lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

It looks like Cortez Moses has been cut.
Delbrossio misses with a series of wild punches.
Moses could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Delbrossio rushes Moses and presses him up against the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Moses breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Delbrossio lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Moses shoots for a double leg takedown but Delbrossio sprawls well. He's pushed Moses's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Moses will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Moses is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Delbrossio's half guard.

Moses has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Moses is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Delbrossio presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Delbrossio lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Moses has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Moses and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Delbrossio looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Moses thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Delbrossio dodges the ground and pound from Moses.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Moses tries for a kimura but Delbrossio is defending well.
Moses is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Delbrossio's shoulder. That is not cool.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Cortez Moses.
I think Delbrossio has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
