Coming up we have a featherweight kickboxing rules bout between Daniel Mendoza (ranked 4412 p4p, 370 weight class) and Ken Specht (ranked 4511 p4p, 382 weight class). Specht has chosen blablabla as his entrance music. Ken Specht is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Specht takes one on the button.
Specht throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Mendoza.
It looks like Daniel Mendoza has been cut.
Specht misses with a right hand
and Mendoza counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Specht misses with a double jab
and Mendoza counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Ken Specht has been cut.
Specht slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Specht misses with the combination.
Specht misses with a series of wild punches.
Mendoza connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Specht momentarily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Mendoza counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Specht throws a right hand that Mendoza ducks under and follows up with a left that Mendoza also avoids with ease.
Specht swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Specht thows a left - swing and a miss!
Specht stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Specht throws a right hand that Mendoza ducks under and follows up with a left that Mendoza also avoids with ease.
Mendoza appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Specht throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Mendoza is looking to counter punch.
Mendoza checks a leg kick.
Mendoza moves out of range of the body kick from Specht.
Specht swings widly with a right hand
and before Specht can reset, Mendoza rushes him with a swarm of punches, sending him crashing to the floor, in all sorts of trouble! Specht is trying to beat the count but we're up to 6 already and he's nowhere near. 7,8... he's up! He's going to continue!
Specht is rocked!
Specht misses with an uppercut
and Mendoza counters with a big right hand that sends Specht crashing to the mat! He's very wobbly - can he beat the count?! 5,6,7,8... he's up! No, he's down again! 9,10! He's done! The referee calls an end to the bout - Mendoza takes it!
