The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Cobb really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Cobb's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Upperman fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Cobb to the ground. Upperman is now in Cobb's guard.
Upperman slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Cobb will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Cobb wants to stand up but Upperman is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cobb is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Upperman's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Upperman's back!

Cobb is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Upperman has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Cobb has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Upperman taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Cobb doesn't care though - he's delighted!
