The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sajid closes this distance looking for a takedown but Goon circles away.
Goon dips to his left and cracks Sajid with an uppercut!
Sajid is trying hard to land a takedown here. Goon sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Goon throws a big counter combination but Sajid scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Nice takedown defense from Goon. No joy for Sajid on that attempt.
It looked like Goon was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Southern Goon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Abdullah Sajid.
Goon keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
It looked like Goon was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Sajid.

Sajid's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Goon connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sajid scrambles back to his feet.

Goon rushes Sajid and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Sajid is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Goon piles on the pressure and Sajid crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
