Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lao Mung (ranked 3378 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flying Goblin (ranked 4878 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Lao Mung!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Flying Goblin!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Michael Johnstone and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A bone on bone clash there as Goblin blocks the leg kick.
Goblin tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Mung has Goblin up against the cage in a clinch.
Mung pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Mung.
Goblin looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Mung ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mung no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

A close round but Flying Goblin will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Goblin might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Mung haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Mung tries to close the distance and clinch up but Goblin swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Goblin chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Mung can pounce on him.

Oh but Mung is tightening it up a little... Goblin has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Goblin reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Goblin taps out! Nice BJJ there by Mung!
