The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Sandra Marshall and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phillips fails with the takedown.
Phillips takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
That has opened up Jonathon Phillips's cut even more.
Haba waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Phillips.
Haba connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Haba misses with a two punch combination.
Haba takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Haba scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Phillips takes a jab right on the kisser.
Haba throws an overhand right that lands on Phillips's shoulder, as Phillips tries to avoid the shot.
Phillips keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Haba.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Haba dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Phillips avoids a punch combination nicely.
Phillips ducks under a wild hook from Haba.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Haba looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Phillips doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Phillips misses with a jab, cross combination.
Haba lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The cut above Jonathon Phillips's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Phillips is rocked!
Phillips is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Haba doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Phillips crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Phillips's bad books for that mishap!
