Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Darnell Cane (ranked 450 p4p, 64 weight class) and Finnish Experiment lV (ranked 589 p4p, 85 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Finnish Experiment lV!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cane misses the jab.
Cane on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Experiment lV throws a jab when Cane was well out of range.
Cane connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Experiment lV's hands.
Cane definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
A left lands for Cane.
Experiment lV avoids the body shot from Cane.
Despite the aggression on Experiment lV's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Cane rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Experiment lV counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jab, jab by Cane - just one landing.
Experiment lV uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Cane.
Experiment lV connects with an inside leg kick.

Cane closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Experiment lV's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cane is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Cane is working Experiment lV over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Cane thows a huge punch but Experiment lV dodges it nicely.

Experiment lV is pressing down on Cane's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Experiment lV has his foot on Cane's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cane works his way back into a safe position though.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Cane's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Experiment lV has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cane can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cane accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Finnish Experiment lV spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
