The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kameda throws a head kick but Patrick moves out of range.

Patrick fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kameda, pushing him back against the cage.
Patrick really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill...
Patrick prevents Kameda from breaking the clinch.
Patrick really is a fat lump.
Patrick stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Kameda has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Patrick has Kameda pressed against the cage, preventing Kameda from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Patrick lands a good knee to the midsection. Kameda won't want to take too many of those.
Kameda tries to break the clinch but Patrick is controlling the position.
Kameda tries to circle away but Patrick has him pinned against the cage.

Patrick jumps into guard, dragging Kameda to the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kameda is looking to stand up but Patrick won't let him.

Patrick pushes a forearm under Kameda's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Kameda is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
