Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dixon Camara!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Atkins and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camara lands a nice looking body shot.
Camara scoring well with a low kick there.
Camara throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Camara listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.

Van forces Camara back against the cage and clinches.

A frustrated look appears on Camara's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Camara tries to work over Van's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Van scores with a shoulder strike.

Camara's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Van walks into a stiff left hand from Camara.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Camara misses with a shot to the body
letting Van counter with a right hand.
Camara connects with a body shot.
We've been hearing reports that Van has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Camara lands with a straight right. Van didn't see that one coming.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Van looks to score with a jab to the body but Camara is just out of range.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Camara! But no joy.
Camara comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Dixon Camara is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Camara and Van are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Camara throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Van into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Camara knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
