Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amin keeps the fight on the outside.
Amin closes this distance looking for a takedown but Araujo circles away.
Araujo was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Amin has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Araujo after a bit of a struggle.

Amin turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Amin manages to end up in side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Amin gets to his feet and stands over Araujo, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Araujo felt that one! Amin unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Araujo from any more punishment!
