Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Cane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Cane's choice of entrance music: Ghost. Thiago Cane will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cane tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gunn swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Cane tries to keep at a distance but Gunn has taken the fight into the clinch.

Cane pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

and Gunn counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Gunn.
Gunn won't allow Cane to get back to his feet.

Gunn looks for a takedown but Cane sprawls well.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cane looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Gunn jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Cane walks away with a smile on his face. Gunn gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Cane shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Cane scores with a crisp jab that stopped Gunn in his tracks.
Gunn is breathing heavily.
Cane moves in looking to clinch but Gunn pushes him off.

Gunn shoots in and bounces Cane off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Cane has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Gunn off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gunn closes the distance and clinches up with Cane, looking for a takedown. Gunn pushes Cane against the cage but Cane circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Well Cane has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
