The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saint George throws a body shot but no joy.
Jetjirawat looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Saint George shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jetjirawat manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Saint George is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Saint George decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Saint George misses with an attempted mid kick.

Saint George is looking to work some ground and pound but Jetjirawat has wrist control.

Saint George decides to stand up.
Jetjirawat wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Lumaban Jetjirawat is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Saint George looks to clinch
and Jetjirawat counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jetjirawat cracks Saint George with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Saint George tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Jetjirawat pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Saint George is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
