The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels drops Edwards with a beautiful combination! Edwards stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Daniels is looking for the KO!

Daniels throws a right and a left that both miss.

Daniels tries to bum rush Edwards with a series of wild strikes but Edwards uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Daniels feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Edwards sprawling to the canvas! Edwards rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Daniels finish him?!

Edwards feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The crowd cheers as Daniels lands an impressive looking overhand right. Edwards doesn't seem phased though.

Daniels clobbers Edwards with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Daniels connects with a superb combination that knocks Edwards out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Daniels before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Edwards!
