The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vemola looks to land a right hand but Schneider moved out of range.

Vemola shoots in and gets a takedown into Schneider's guard.

Vemola looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Schneider with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Vemola tries to bum rush Schneider with a series of wild strikes but Schneider uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Vemola swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Schneider.

It looks like Gino Schneider has been cut.

Schneider has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Vemola can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Vemola lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Schneider! Vemola sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Schneider and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
