Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Ramhart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Mir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kyle Ramhart!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Mir!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mir.
Ramhart cracks Mir with a good jab.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Mir stands and steps away. Ramhart gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Ramhart is pushing down on Mir's leg trying to pass to half guard. Mir is fighting to maintain full guard but Ramhart has managed to sneak the leg through.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Frank Mir showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Mir drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mir jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Ramhart manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Ramhart throws some wild stikes that Mir manages to avoid easily.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You get the feeling that Mir really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Ramhart goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Mir is on top in guard.

Well Ramhart has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
