Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aslanbek Barayev (ranked 1346 p4p, 144 weight class) and Theodore Nouveau (ranked 2828 p4p, 263 weight class). Barayev comes to the cage accompanied by Antirespect - There. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Theodore Nouveau!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Bart Greer and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nouveau misses with a head kick.
Nouveau closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Barayev quickly recovers to half guard.
Nouveau working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Nouveau not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Nouveau lands a nice short elbow.

Barayev bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Barayev is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Nouveau has escaped the position, nice work there.

Nouveau tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Barayev wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Barayev has hold of Nouveau's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Nouveau seems comfortable defending it but Barayev has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Nouveau is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Nouveau is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Barayev couldn't care less - he's delighted!

An out of breath Aslanbek Barayev thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
