Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trafalgar Water Law (ranked 3801 p4p, 165 weight class) and Matu Bouldra (ranked 3860 p4p, 167 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Trafalgar Water Law has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Trafalgar Water Law seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Water Law misses with a right hand
and Bouldra counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Water Law has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Temp Spar Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Trafalgar Water Law seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab from Bouldra finds it's way through Water Law's defenses.
Bouldra with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Water Law to score with a decent uppercut.

It looks like Matu Bouldra has been cut.
Bouldra throws a lazy uppercut

Water Law slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

That has opened up Matu Bouldra's cut even more.
Bouldra throws a looping overhand right but Water Law ducks down to avoid it.
It looked like Water Law was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Bouldra.

We've been informed that Bouldra has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Bouldra paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bouldra, as that shot connected.
Bouldra throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Bouldra wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

The cut above Matu Bouldra's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Bouldra throws a hook to the side of Water Law's head but Water Law sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Matu Bouldra's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Bouldra takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Matu Bouldra's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Trafalgar Water Law!
After winning the bout, Trafalgar Water Law thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Matu Bouldra spoke after the fight, saying 'Fight me again!!!'.
