The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Odrobny throws a hook but Corio blocks it.
Corio went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Corio keeps the fight on the outside.
Corio is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Odrobny.
Corio tries to clinch there but Odrobny circles away.
Odrobny wants to counter the offense by Corio and move into the clinch position.
Corio on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Odrobny waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Corio.
Corio misses the shot to the body.
Raizel Corio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Odrobny clobbers Corio with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Odrobny digs a good body shot into Corio's ribs.
Corio fails with an attempt to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Corio is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Odrobny tries to kick Corio off in order to stand up. Corio Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Odrobny is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Corio asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Odrobny tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Odrobny is trying to stand but he's just given Corio his back.
